Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn boots and accessories back in their original Hunter box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
